MSChart add reference

Using visual web developer 2008 and therefore .net 3.5 - I want to do my own charting and not download one of the many trillions of over the top and probably pricey solutions.

Importing a reference to MSChart under Add reference using .net or com tab or by right clicking on toolbox and adding items does not show anywhere where I can find MSChart.

Has it been replaced with something else.
