Hi, we have an Exchange 2003 server up and running fine, except for public folders.
We have roughly 60 public folders which require email access. I have set the folders as mail enabled, then removed the tick from the "Hidden from Exchange Views". After a while the folders can then be seen using Outlook in the GAL.
This works fine for 22 of the folders, however when I add more in, the new one stays, but within 24 hours one of the other folders, it is not in alphabetical order just random, dissapears from the GAL, so at any one time I can only have a maximum of 22 public folders shown. If I go back into exchange system manager the tick is not in the box and no settings have changed. If I want this particular folder back to reappear in the GAL, I have to retick the box, apply it, then untick the box and apply it. But the next time I do this for another folder that isn't shown, it could remove any one from the list!??!?!
Is this a bug or is there something I am doing wrong?
The server is MS Server 2003 R2 Standard with service pack 2 and also service pack 2 for Exchange.
All MS updates have been applied.
