One of my users has a Compaq (HP) iPaq III classic pda. &nbsp;We reloaded his software and the latest version of active sync. &nbsp;He is using Active Sync 4.5. &nbsp;We can get it running if we hard reset the unit and reload Outlook on his PC (he is using Outlook 2007) and then he works for about a month and the unit ceases to synchronize. &nbsp;Has anyone encountered this? &nbsp;If so, are there fixes for it or is there another software we can use? &nbsp;Is there a firmware revision? &nbsp;I cannot find information from HP on the issues either. &nbsp;Thanks for any help rendered.<br />

HP iPaq III Classic will not synch in active synch.  When the entire Outlook has been re-loaded works for a month.
