This navigation menu displayes on every page on my website. How and where can I turn this menu option off?

if you are refering to the path displayed. Go to the current template folder edit index.php and find the following

<?php mospathway() ?>

change it to

<?php
//mospathway()
?>

or delete it

save index.php and check
