No... It will overwrite if the file exists already. &nbsp;There is also an option to delete everything first before publishing.

With Dreamweaver and the original Microsoft Interdev, one could work on files on a remote server, but it would download and keep a copy in a folder on one's local computer.<br />

Is there a setting within Visual Studio for this?<br />
