I am trying to eliminate the date from displaying the day of the week in Business Contact Manager.
Currently, a date entry appears as Thu 06/12/2008 12:52 AM.  I want it to simply show 06/12/08.

I have already modified my operating system short date and long date.  It is outlook or contact manager that is adding the day of the week and time.  Is there somewhere I can go within the program to change this?

The comments provided simply show how to modify settings n the OS. It is within the Business Contact Manager that needs to be changed and that portion does not take its format from the os
First question I ever asked that was not answered on EE.
I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLOSE THIS QUESTION.
