How can I backup my single exchange account easily to .pst files?
I want to backup all my emails, calendar, contacts etc. from my exchange server account to a .pst file. the data is locally stored in a .ost file (cache). Now, I create an empty .pst file and I copy all my data from my mailbox to this file, but this is very time consuming.
I would use EXMerge. See http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=429163ec-dcdf-47dc-96da-1c12d67327d5&displaylang=en and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/174197.

Thank you, but I do not have adminsitrative tools or access to the server, I just want to backup my account locally:
Note This version of Mailbox Merge should only be run from Exchange Server 2003 or from computers with the Exchange 2003 administrative tools loaded. It can be run against Exchange 5.5, 2000, and 2003.
