That is an invisible row.
How do you access that row by script?
The script to change the event hanler is like this:

theRow.ondblclick = function(){window.location.href='?action=viewfolder&path=' };

Or like this:
theRow.ondblclick = new Function("window.location.href='?action=viewfolder&path=' ");
