SideBySide errors on reboot on 2007 Exchange Server.

Hello Experts,
I receive 3 SideBySide errors when I reboot my 2007 Exchange server, shortly followed by the exact 3 errors. The 1st is event ID 32 and the next 2 are event ID 59. I go live this Saturday, and need a clean start.

1. Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC could not be found and Last
 Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system. (Error 32)

2. Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC. Reference
 error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system. (Error 59)


3. Generate Activation Context failed for
 C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_Microsoft.VC80.MFC_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.762_x-ww_6E02DFE5\MFC80U.DLL.
 Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your
 system. (Error 59)

Oh, and let me add that the server is healthy, perfect send and receive, no issues what-so-ever. But like I said I want to go live error free.

Yea, already tried this and because it did not work, I posted here.

Problem solved. CREATOR OWNER did not have full control over the WinSxS directory, adding full control and re-installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x64) corrected this issue.
