Peersync syncs files that are not updated

I am running Peersync Server 7.1 from Server 2003 to a Maxtor Ethernet drive.
The problem is that when running peersync it keeps updating files that haven't been chagned, for instance I can sync a folder, as soon as its done sync it again and some of the files need "updating" again. I have compared the files and they are exactly the same.

When I sync the same files to a shared drive on another server they dont need to be updating every time.
Any ideas why this would happen?

1) try mapping the drive.

2) Check for the newest version of firmware and software.

If still have issues, contact peerSync.

We contacted peersync already and they were able to help, there is a difference between the way file systems store file dates (the remote drive was linux based), there is a command line flag that says ignore date differences of x seconds, we added this for a 2 second difference and the problem went away.
