How to make my JavaScript code unreadable by humans?

I have JS scripts which should be protected. I need some on-fly PHP utility to encode my JS files before they are sent to the browser. Please, recommend one.

Is it possible not only to PACK the code, but re-write it on fly? Like, rename the variables, functions, change punctuation, etc.
