kyocera fs4000dn sharing on win 2k3 server in citrix wont work

i have a printer that is being shared on a server(win2k3 server). this is being picked up in our citrix presentation server 4 but when i print to it i get the error message "windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup....." when you print from the 2003 server its shared on it prints fine

can anyone help as this is driving me nuts

Are you using the citrix UPD or did you install the Kyocera on the citrix server?  You may also want to try Kyocera's universal or mini driver as sometimes those work better as well.  You may have some sort of conflict with the driver that is on the citrix server and the one that is on the print server.  Is one of these servers 64 bit and the other 32?  

Also you say you can print from the 2003 server, can you print from the desktop of the citrix server?

~What i did in the end was remove all the drivers related to the printer (like you mention there may have been a conflict) and reinstalled the "kx" driver
