We are having trouble routing email through exchange to the appropriate public folder using Fax Service Manager. There were two accounts setup prior to creating this new account that work without a problem. We added an additional Brooktrout card to the server for the 3rd account and setup the distribution group and public folder identical to the first two accounts. We have matched every aspect of the two working accounts as far as permissions go but it will not route the email to the folder.
We have tested the email routing to the administators email account and it works without a problem but when trying to route to the distribution group or direct to the public folder it goes into lala land.
Server is running SBS 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003 SP2.
