Experts:

I'm getting my feet wet with MS Reporting Services, using BIDS.

I have a very simple chart that lists count of customers by STATE.

Question: How do I tell the chart to ONLY show TOP 10 STATES based on customer count? As a secondary question, also how can I tell it to show TOP 10 STATES and also list a count for ALL OTHERS...?

THANKS

I can't give you specific instructions but the general approach is to use some kind of rank function to rank them, then filter on that rank

Oh ok... I thought the chart options could take care of this.

I'll see what I can do to rank them....
