Hello experts,

I'm having a problem with on particular user who is on the auditing team. Every time i give him access to our wireless network, he'll reboot at some point and the details disappear.

So i go to netowrk connections, right click wireless, click "wireless networks" then in "preferred networks" i add our wireless.

The other auditors dont experience this and have the same model of laptop.

Please help

I would first go into the preferred wireless list and remove any record of the network.  Then I would reinstall the wireless network card drivers and reboot the machine.  Then try to connect to the network fresh again.  Once connected, reboot and see if the problem remains.

Good luck!
