Wireless Preferred network disappearing upon reboot

Hello experts,

I'm having a problem with on particular user who is on the auditing team. Every time i give him access to our wireless network, he'll reboot at some point and the details disappear.

So i go to netowrk connections, right click wireless, click "wireless networks" then in "preferred networks" i add our wireless.

The other auditors dont experience this and have the same model of laptop.

I would first go into the preferred wireless list and remove any record of the network.  Then I would reinstall the wireless network card drivers and reboot the machine.  Then try to connect to the network fresh again.  Once connected, reboot and see if the problem remains.
