I need pages where they give detail the use of paging and sorting of a gridview control

I'm using LINQ for databind a gridview, it's a problem?

Depending how you implement th sort/paging....syntax might not be the same with LINQ, but it should not be a problem.
For example, the tutorials that use a dataset/datatable for sorting and paging will work the same because instead of normal SQL to fill the dataset, you would have LINQ to fill your dataset, but a dataset is still a dataset (ADO.Net object) so sorting/paging would be the same.
If the tutorial you follow includes re-querying the DB with SQL, you would need to change it to re-query using LINQ.
