Can not get into Outlook. get the error " Unable to open your default e-mail folders. ..."

One user who has been regularly using his Outlook 2003 to connect to Exchange Server 2003, has not been able to do so since yesterday. He gets the following error:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file"

Hello, there are a few ways this can start occuring, most of them are fixed by creating a new Outlook Profile. Please have a look at this post - it is a good place to start:

Deleting the Outllok profile and recreating seemed to work. The fix worked the next day, not immediately. Thank you very much for the solution.
