Outlook Client unable to connect to Exchange 2007, but OWA works fine
I have a user that is not able to connect via Outlook (Outlook 2003) but OWA works great. This is not a new user and they have been on the Exchange 2007 server for quite a while. All of a sudden they called in because Outlook wouldn't connect anymore.
I tried everything and I can't come up with anything. I even tried moving their mailbox to a different OU and still nothing. I can also attach their mailbox to my Outlook via open another users mailbox.

Are they unable to connect to outlook from within the org, or using Outlook Anywhere rpc over https?

Unable to connect to Outlook from within org.
A quick fix might be to delete her profile and let windows create a new one. You'll have to restart the computer and log in as a different user than her. Then go to Documents & settings and delete her username's folder. Of course, make sure all her files are backed up first, her email should be already since it's on the Exchange server.

I've tried the deleting of profile trick and I've trying from 2 completely seperate machines that they have never logged into before. And I am NOT using roaming profiles.
And the 2 separate machines are able to log in fine using Outlook? Does she receive any error codes? Anything in the event log?
ASKER
No unable to connect with the other 2 machines.
