i have a photo and its exactly on the middle of the screen so i want to insert onther photo on it?

the onther photo have to be exactly where i want it on the first photo
its like one big photo and i want to put onther small photo on the big photo

how do i do this?

Well, you can look into the CSS absolute position.  Basically you define the photos to be exactly where you want them on the page.

You can also make the first (larger) photo a background instead of an image.  This will allow you to place the smaller image on top of the larger background.

You can also download a free graphics program called GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ to combine the two images together, then just place the one image centered in your page.
