check the entourage plug-in:

it probably does more.
Otherwise this is something you can do on your own, it is public format, all you need is a script to build a text file using your data to make something like that

the best is to export one, then do the same format from filemaker by concatenating the whole thing in a global field, then export any record with this field only.
