Flash - How to make a sub-menu elements be same width as main menu elements?

I have an XML Menu ( http://www.geekster.us.com/test1.swf ) and source ( http://www.geekster.us.com/test1.fla ).  The XML Menu main items are in orange, and will show a down triangle if a sub-menu is present, for example "The Company".  The problem is the *width* of the sub-menu, it should be as wide as the main menu, but is shorter.

The question is: What needs to be done to make the sub-menu match the main menu?  I don't want a "see, it's fixed" answer.  I'd like a pointer on what setting I'm missing that is causing the width mismatch because I'm going to need to do ongoing maintenance of this menu.

I *suspect* that it's element "main-clip", and the sub-element "Sub".  Clicking on its highlight in the timeline window at the top (yellow square) shows the shorter width (yellow outline square) in the editor below.  Click unlock. However I cannot make stretch the "Sub" item here. So I select the element "Sub", and everything in it is 143px wide, an offset from 150px to give room on the left for the selector icon to appear.

Hopefully this explains the problem.  If not please contact me for further clarification.

width of "sub",  "main", "sub0"  is same, if you look theme from library

but if you enter into "main-clip"->"sub" then sub0 was reduced to 75% width.
Select this sub0 on the scene and look at the Transform window(Ctrl+T). change the horizontal to 100% and move it to x=0.

there is textField in the sub0, it will be wider than sub0. reduce it's width by Text tool.
