Hi,
Thanks for that, I just need to make things more clearer, We are using the Entrprise Blackberrry server, which installed on the same exchange 2003 server. I usually logon as besadmin whenever i need to do anything related to a blackberry issue.
Sorry, I am new to Blackberies, so can you give me more details what i have to exactely on the enterprise Blacberry server, Will i need to plugin the device (USB) to the server, and finally is there any thing to do on the Blackberry itself.
Many thanks

This is to be done on the client end....nothing to change on the server if it is a single user issue.
Connect the device to the clients computer.
Open up Desktop Manager -> Goto Intellisync -> Configure PIM -> Blackberry Wireless Calendar.
Change it to outlook calendar and sync.
Once duplicate items are removed....go back nd enabge Wireless Calendar sync.
