How can I populate a ContextMenuStrip/NotifyIcon controls dinamically

Hi Folks,

I have create a NotifyIcon along with ContextMenuStrip and bind to a sql data source. The data gets populated correctly and now I want to use the selected value from the menu and perform an action dinamically.

Any help would be appricated.
