I have an image , i used HTML image. When I hover over it, i want to see a hand.

If I use ASP.Net's imageButton, then I get the hand but not with the HTML image tag:

--HAND with this
<asp:ImageButton ID="imAddContact"  ImageUrl="~/Images/Menu/ADDIN.ICO" runat="server" />

--NO HAND with this
<img  src="../Images/Menu/ADDIN.ICO"    alt="" />
