I had some problems with DFS and finally it is resolved and at the end I had to clean (delete) some crrupted files (del ~*.* /s /a) to remove all seems to be crrupted temporary files from diffrent folders and now I have the same number of files and folders on the replication folders on both servers however alot (6 GB ) on the DfsPrivate on one server and about 4 GB on the other server.
Can I delete these files from DfsPrivate now that even not have anu errors in Diag. report?

I would never advise it!  Even though you have both servers replicated these files do still get used.

Have a read of this MS Article, it's very helpful, it should help you to optimise your DFS replication:

If space is your problem this article tells you how to change the quota size for your DfsrPrivate folders:
