Postfix as relay server for Internal Exchange

Good Day Gurus,

I am planning on setting up a Linux server on the perimeter for an external relay for an internal Exchange server.  I finally completed migrating all the users from an older mail server (Merak) to the Exchange 2003 and have been doing routing and using SMTP connectors during migration.  Migration is finally done!!! YESS!!!

Now  I just installed Mandriva 2007 on a machine and between looking at the idle machine and the wealth of config docs everywhere I have a headache:(

Does anyone have a clean way of using Postfix (or something linux based) to use for an relay for the exchange and redirect my Exchange to that Linux box?!?!?

To have it do a preliminary check for anti spam and anti virus would be a definite plus!!!
