<list of every Full Text catalog in a database or the server?

Obtain a list of all the full-text catalogs linked to your database by running this query:

 use YourDB

SELECT name
FROM sys.fulltext_catalogs;
GO
---
<Population for which Catalog is currently running?
SELECT FULLTEXTCATALOGPROPERTY('yourFTStalog', 'Populatestatus')
