What are the other softwares like nlite. Unattended cd's creation of all Opearating systems.

Matthew even i wanted nlite.
And went through wasting more than 10 cd's
I just went through all steps but they dont boot on any systems

Hmm... I've used it before so I've no idea what might be causing it not to work.
In any event, there are other options available to you - this is the Microsoft supported method http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314459 which isn't pretty but is guaranteed to work.

In actual fact I have an idea, I'll post over in your other Q.

Is there any way in this software to set to format the primary drive automatically...

Yes, you can integrate drivers during the installation, but they are going to be hardware-specific (meaning you need a separate CD for each different hardware). You can integrate service packs too - so for example, if you have an XP SP2 disk, you could integrate Service Pack 3 into the installation.
I'm not aware of a way to do the other things you mentioned.

Software cannot be integrated into an nLite installation. nLite is just for doing the basic Windows software installation. For installing the software, you will have to create MSIs and use Group Policy or SCCM to deploy it. I know Office and probably a lot of the other Microsoft software can be configured for unattended install using Group Policy.
