missing pop3 connector sbs2003

i have a sbs 2003 wich works ok. In the exchange system manager there is no connector in the connector folder.
in the services list both "microsoft connector for pop3 mailboxes" and "microsoft exchange pop3" are up and running.

Sounds like the SBS server tools havent installed properly.  I would go to add/remove programs in control panel and select change/remove on Small Business Server 2003.  Then you will will enter maintenance mode.  From here you can select "re-install" on "Server Tools".  This shoulde re-instal lthe pop3 connector.
