NEED a correct version of OLEAUT32.dll

I installed an old Visual Basic program that included some files like OLEAUT32.dll. Now upon launching many applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, I get the error "The ordinal 442 could not be located in the dynamic link library OLEAUT32.dll"

I know how to replace the file, but I need somebody running Vista (Preferably Ultimate x64, but I don't think it matters...) to send me a copy of their OLEAUT32.dll so I can fix my PC.

Well, I've replaced the file with a 6.0.6001.18000 version, but now I'm getting the following error for a LOT of applications. It doesn't seem to be a virus. Do I need to reinstall a specific Visual Basic version for Windows or something?

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click OK to terminate the application."
I'm going to post a new question for the new error. Thank you Torimar!
