read a gridview with texbox

I have a gidview (.net - vs2008 )with texbox, additionally the gridview have two rows:
The row "TOTAL variable" is modificable, if I modify any value of column "200806" then the row "TOTAL variable" change

What is your question?  Do you want to know how to recalculate the sum?  How are these values calculated in the first place?

the initial values are read from the database. Then be amended any value of textbox to the grilla and the amount is due to recalculate

Can you repeat that process when a TextBox value changes?

e.g: if the value of the row and column 01000042 200806 increase in 10, then the "total variable" corresponding to the column 200806 also were increased by 10, i.e. it recalculates
