AjaxToolkit CollapsiblePanelExtender ContentPanel  style="overflow:hidden" Displays Blank Panel

I have 2 collapsible panels. The top panel presents expanded on page load, while the second one is collapsed. When the page loads, or whenever there is a postback, the second panel expands into the first panel. The second panel has several subpanels and various other controls including grids and command buttons.
I added style="overflow:hidden" to the panel content of the second panel but now all the contents of the second panel do not display at all. It solved the flickering, but does not display anything.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong here?

Found my problem and thought I'd share what that problem was in case anyone else encounters it.
I had a <div> directly underneith the contentpanel of the 2nd collipsible panel. The div contained "position:absolute". I changed this to "position:relative" and my problem went away.

#PanelMainDiv
{
      left: 5%;
      float: left;
      position: relative;

}
