My computer crashed and I am trying to retrieve my e-mail addresses and e-mails from Outlook '07 (have my hard drive hooked up to another computer).  I have followed the instructions from a previous post related to same subject.  However, after making the 'hidden folders' viewable, I am not able to access it...gives me an 'access denied' message when I try.  Can you tell me what to try next?  Thanks!
