printer needs

We have a Canon representative coming and he is going to see our color printing needs in our medium-sized business.  What types of things should I be asking him so that I get an idea of their quality of service and product?  We need an industrial color printer for our organization.

that is not what i meant, but check the questions asked - should give you a fair idea on what to ask.
if it is not about what the printer must be capable of;i would suggest asking
- ink consumption, and cost per page
- duration of warranty, and what is covered (on site repair )
- intervention time ( per hour / day ?)
- proximity of service center and support
- backup service possible (or needed?)
- references to happy customers (they won't give the others lol)

the time elapsed between the call for intervention, and the actual on site arrival
in some cases, even the down time, or repair time is specified - but  the stricter you get, the more you pay...
