Hi
We have a new staff member starting who requires their display name in outlook to be in Japanese Characters. We use active directory and have an exchange server. Display names are passed down from the users Active Directory information. Is this even possible? If so what is required?

We run Server 2003 and Exchange 2003.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Firstly you can not change the attribute for one single user since this can be done only on the org level.

Secondly if you wish to do that then you can refer to this article:

No information on adding specifically jap characters. Only changing display properties on Organisation level.
