Hi
i`m building a site that loads external swf. after i built it i started to work on the external swf. after one was finished i managed to load it, and all seem well.
a week and a half has past and i wanted to load other swfs i created. but (before i did anything) the site it self is functioning very very slowly.
i checked the size: 52.0 KB.

does anybody has any idea? or had the same problem? the only difference is the passing time, but this is aging on drugs:)

best regards

ron

The other thing that can make it slow is the actionscript... by slow is your processor running high when you view the page?

Well it could be a multitude of things so i guess it's a matter of ruling out the most obvious first:

1) Have you tested on a different computer and are you still getting the same results?
1a) What happens when you run the swf through the Flash IDE?

2) If your answer to 1) is Yes then it will be something to do with your swf file or a bug in the plugin but without seeing your code and fla I can't be sure are you able to post it here?

Hi
i fix the problem but i have no idea still what happened.
i just pasted the code and library to a new fla , and it works fine.
so there is nothing wrong with the content (code or graphics). maybe the file was corrupted somehow?

in any case thanks for your attempts.

best regards

You did say in your original question that it took a week and a half before something went wrong...

Would you like me to check the fla anyway?
