I am pretty new to Citrix, but very familiar with remote desktop from MS.
I got a user which get disconnected from his Citrix session caused by the screen saver.
When I have a look at the Citrix Management Console the user is still logged on and his programs are still running. How can I set setting in the ICA client or/and Citrix server so that the user can reconnect to the existing session?
Now the users gets an error message that he can not connect because he is already logged on.

On the server go into client connection configuration, select ica, then choose the advanced button, set reconnect session to from any client.  if user is connecting through web interface you will need to configure the options from the workspace control menu too
