I have a URL (www.srgroup.safetynetfm.co.uk) that when I navigate to, keeps reverting back to the IP address in the address bar. For example, naviagte the above URL and you get sent to http://83.170.86.116//customloginscreens/srgroup.aspx, which is right, except for the fact that I son;t want the IP address there, I want the domain name.

Hey,

The redirect that drops you to the login page on the Website must be pointing to an IP Address, or using an absolute URL.

All URLs should be relative (e.g. <a href="/page.html" ...), this is clearly using an absolute URL (e.g. <a href="http://something/page.html" ...). The A tags are for example only, they're unlikely to be what's used to perform the redirect.
