Hello
As per msdn:
This function loads the specified menu resource from the executable (.exe) file associated with an application instance.

What is the meaning of "menu resource"?

Sham

Windows executables can contain resources, such as images, icons, menus etc. These are contained within the exe when it's build; they are linked in as part of the linking phase, the resource compiler produces the object files for the resources that are linked in. These are often added via the resource editor, which is part of Visual Studio.

The .rc files are the resource files that are compiled into the final binary.
