Nortlel OTM Web Interface Refuses to Pull Up

I have a server running the Nortel Optivity software. Last week the IIS service became corrupted and had to be reinstalled. Since then I have been unable to log into the web interface for OTM. Internet explorer gives a 404 error.

error 404 is file or directory not found

verify that the website still exists in iis, and check the location on the file system ties up.
remove and re create the "application" in iis
make sure the documents section contains the correct default index page
perform an iisreset /noforce from the start run comand window

I cant say much more until i know w little more about the iis server

I forgot to mention to check that all the required plugins are configured and enabkled in iis for the website to run

if it need asp pges running or executables need to be allowed etc. This can be done through add remove programs >> windows components. Now depending on the server OS version will depend on where the options are located.
Similarly depending on what version of IIS depends on where you enable and disable plugins. the latest IIS has a "web server extensions" branch.
