Can I let user's send Task Requests from an intranet page?

I'm trying to setup a simple way for my users to send help requests to me. I have a simple ticket tracking system running on an internal webserver, but I'd like to integrate something with the exchange server to allow the users to just send task requests instead of having the separate system. I know I can setup a custom form in Outlook, but is there a way to just have the form on the intranet instead of making people use Outlook to send them?

Hi, eric281.

There are a couple of ways you can do this.

1.  Create your HTML form and set the Submit button to email you the information in a specific format.  Create a rule on your computer that fires when those messages arrive.  Set the rule to run a script.  Write a script that processes those messages turning them into tasks.

2.  Create your HTML form set the submit button to write the data to a database.  Create a script that checks the database periodically for new records.  When it finds one, the script turns it into a task.
