What is the implication of two MX records to the configuration of pop3 on SBS 2003 Premium edition?

In the process of my installation(SBS); we noticed that the webmail of the client have two MX records. I need just one to route incoming mails to the pop3 connector on SBS; how do i dettermine which one to choose?

Usually two mx records are used for redundancy and load balancing.  You can probably use either...or go to www.intodns.com and type the domain.  Then use whichever is lower (primary) on the list.  Meaning if you have two and one starts with 0 - domain.com and the other with 10 - domain.com
Then use the one with the lowest (0)
