haven't used assigned software via GPO for a very long time, but as far as I remember, you can't pass any parameters to a package.<br />
If I'm wrong you can use<br />

/forcerestart<br />
or<br />
REBOOT=F<br />
<br />
as a parameter to MSIEXEC.<br />
<br />
If you can/want edit the MSI (using i.e. ORCA) you could modifiy the property REBOOT and set it to Force. This should cause a restart.<br />
