A link buried in the site I posted above links to Mark Russinovich's (formerly of SysInternals, now of Microsoft) new tool "ShellRunas".

Find it here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc300361.aspx

Well i,ll use my solitaire as an example.Right click shortcut then properties, click security tab.Under groups or users names pick the one you want to add then click edit highlight the name again then click edit and check each box.Another way is to click advanced tab on security tab highlight the name then click effective permissions and choose full control
