Crystal Report Viewer Login Failed in End-user's computer using Visual Basic 6

I created Crystal Reports 11on Designer in VB6 and connected it to OLE DB(ADO) Provider for SQL Server. I used the Standard Report Creation Wizard to create this report. The reports work fine in my work computer but when I tried opening the report in end-user's computer, there is an error said "Logon Failed. Details [Database Vendor Code:556]. I've been trying to search for this type of error but I never found any answers.

Please help. Thanks.

I never included my merge modules. Do I have to reference merge modules? I think I did install all the crystal dlls so far. How to determine what dlls in crystal report will be included in the package? When during deployment of the package of vb6 it asked for bunch of dlls which we included but I don't know if we are missing one.

The merge modules are supposed to eliminate the need to include individual dlls.

Did you include the database dlls for Crystal?

What deployment tool are you using?
