I have a command below it works well with one parameter. I want to add the second parameter department.This is asp.net 2.0 web form.  What should be the syntax with two parameters? Thanks

ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(Me.GetType(), "ClientScript", "window.open('webform.aspx?branch=" + ddListBranch.SelectedValue + "','newWindow','height=600,width=900,left=100,top=100,status=1,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=1');", True)
