Is it possibel to install and run Citrix Web Interface 4.6 on a IIS server already hosting a compnay web site? I want both the Citrix Web Interface and the Company web site to coexist on the same IIS server. If so, how and what security risks will I be getting into?

Also, I have only one public IP.

Yes, you can... just make sure you use another port (<> 80) for the virtual directory you configure with Citrix.
