when i go to check my event id  i found an error occured event id:1202 , how can i resolve this event

Did you recently change your GPO?
If you did,
Check the %SYSTEMROOT%\security\logs\winlogon.log for errors

Alternatively you can try to
Do a reboot on the machine.
Or if you are allowed to install, go to windows update, patch to the latest and reboot.
