Suddenly all Communicator clients receive timeout error 5001 when sending IMs

I installed OCS 2007 Standard last week, basic setup with no voice or federation etc, just added Communicator Web Access. I configured clients to connect via TCP so as not to have to mess about with certificates.

Everything has been fine for a week. Yesterday morning, all clients can connect but messages are not sent - they time out with error code 5001 (full text: The following message was not delivered to Harshana Nakandala. More details (ID:5001)). The link for more info provides little help.

Cients connecting with CWA have the same problem, so I don't think the issue is with anything on the workstations (e.g. Firewall).

I found one Microsoft groups discussion about the same problem but no affirmative reply (yet).

Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

There are no errors on the OCS server itself and I have tried restarting services and the server.

Thanks - I did see these errors and thought disabling the Intelligent Filtering add-on would help, but it didn't so I ahve since re-installed. The KB above would probably have fixed the problem though.
