Hello all,

In my notepad I'm Windows XP Sp3. Recently I purchased Tataindicom Plug2 Surf. I installed the drivers and all the required setups. If I try to connect to the internet then I'm getting below error message.

Error [721] : The remote Computer did not respond. For further assistance, Click more Information or Search help & support center for this error number.

What should I do for this error.

Thanks

Hi all,

This problem occurs for various resons.
 1. If we crossed more than over limit(Balance).
 2. May be it is the falt with sim card. (Just check ur sim card that it is capable of handling out going calls and sms)
 3. Provider router problem.
 4. Sim activation problem. ... May be some more resons. I know up to this only.

Thanks
